It’s been four months since the SA comedian took over the hot seat from previous host, Jon Stewart and the Daily Show host Trevor Noah has since been hanging out with Hollywood finest, from Eddie Murphy, John Legend, Lupita Nyong’o, legendary rocker Lenny Kravitz and veteran comedian Chris Rock in a new Instagram snapshot. Also seen in the picture is Lenny’s daughter and “The Hunger Games” actress Zoe Kravitz.
Comedy Central announced that Trevor would be taking over the helm and critics came out strongly against the decision saying America didn’t know who he was.
Despite the criticism Trevor has been doing what he does best – making people laugh.
The comedian has also been rubbing shoulders with Hollywood’s finest, including the likes of renowned actor, Robert De Niro.
“Robert De Niro has every right to be aloof and completely in his own world but he’s honestly one of the coolest nicest people I’ve ever met. Made me want to go back and watch every movie and enjoy them even more,” Trevor said after meeting Robert.
Trevor Noah will perform a one-night-only comedy show in Chicago this spring, it was announced Monday.
Noah, who earned his comedy chops as one of South Africa’s most popular funny men, will perform at the Chicago Theatre on March 26. He recently premiered his hour-long stand up special “Trevor Noah: Lost in Translation” on Comedy Central
