The 34-year-old also confessed that she can’t help peeing on her tight underwear when she’s jiggling about in the bathroom

The 34-year-old star spoke candidly about her embarrassing underwear issue in an interview in Love magazine with guest editor Cara Delevingne.

The supermodel revealed she had just started wearing figure-hugging Spanx and was impressed with the crotchless options available for women, making it easier for them to go to the toilet.

Kim said: “Oh, the ones where you can pee? But I always pee all over my Spanx, it’s a disaster. They aren’t crotchless enough!”

The stunning star also revealed she’d peed outdoors in the past before recalling a cringe-worthy moment when her sister Kourtney relieved herself in public.

Kim told Cara: “Kourtney was a little bit notorious for that, actually. I remember we were at the Delano in Miami – they will probably never let us stay there again – and she went behind a curtain.

“Just squatted down and peed. I don’t know where I peed. Perhaps I was camping.”

The curvaceous star features in the new issue of the fashion bible, which went on sale this month, along with younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and their momager Kris.

Speaking with the Cara about her musician hubby Kanye, Kim also said the pair are very fond of getting naked.

She explained: “I like nudity. Kanye always says, ‘Dress sexier’ – he’s always the most encouraging.”

But the details didn’t stop there, as the mum-of-one was also quizzed about her favourite sex position.

Not needing to give it much thought, the dark-haired beauty simply replied that she likes it from the back. Blimey.
