According to The Guardian, the twins will be adopted from the Home of Hope orphanage in Mchinji, near the western border of Zambia, where her son David Banda lived prior to his own adoption.

A government official will now travel with Madonna, the twins (named Stella and Esther) to the U.S. to ensure she can provide a suitable home for them.

The 58 year old singer who just added to two new addition to her family, in 2006 and 2009 adopted Malawian children David Banda and Mercy James.

The pop singer has two other children, Lourdes and Rocco, from previous relationships.

Madonna had denied reports that she wanted to adopt again after she visited Malawi last month, at the time saying her trip was for her charity work.
