South African Television presenter and actress, Minnie Dlamini has been nominated has been nominated for the 2016 Oliver Empowerment Awards, Top Empowered Media Personality Award in recognition of exceptional leadership and tireless efforts in addressing and raising awareness about community issues in South Africa.

The editorial panel have selected Minnie, as a public figure that represents outstanding success in heightening awareness and emphasising the importance of transformation in South Africa.
