Minnie, who decided to keep her private life private after her romance with Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune ended abruptly insisted on not revealing her man’s identity even though she is in a relationship. Minnie and Itu, who were once lovebird flaunted their love for each other in public, making them the most talked about celeb couple.

Speaking to Drum mag recently‚ Minnie opened up about the pressure of being in the limelight‚ and revealed that it has been hard to keep her relationships behind closed doors.

“It has not been easy‚ I’ve learnt not to discuss my relationships or share any relationship information on public platforms‚”

“The next time I talk about my relationship‚ will be when it’s time for me to get married‚” Minnie said.

Speaking to Gareth Cliff on CliffCentral back in May‚ Minnie said her man is someone she has known for a very long time.

“(He’s) someone who’s actually been one of my best friends‚ and we decided to move from being friends to being lovers‚” she said.

Minnie took to her instagram account yesterday to celebrate women’s day with a beautiful image that portray beauty, strength, simplicity and vibrancy of women. She wrote:

“”When she is quiet, a million things are running through her mind.
When she stares at you, she is wondering why she loves you so much in spite of being taken for granted.
When she says I will stand by you, she will stand by you like a rock.
Never hurt her or take her for granted.
Today we celebrate all the Power Women of South Africa.” Wathint’abafazi, Wathint’imbokoto ✊?
