Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have welcomed their first child together.
The new parents announced the exciting news on social media on Sunday afternoon with a picture of their newborn’s weight – 6lb 11oz.
“She’s here!” an excited Chrissy, 30, wrote before going on to reveal their daughter’s name.
“Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And very sleepy. Very sleepy.”
John added: “Our new love is here! Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th. We couldn’t be happier!”
The model and musician announced they were expecting their first child last year with an adorable shot of John cradling his wife’s belly.
Chrissy previously revealed she chose a female embryo while undergoing fertility treatment.
She said: “I’ve made this decision. Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, ‘Let’s put in the girl.’
And Chrissy is also planning to give her daughter a younger brother one day too.
She added: “A boy will come along. We’ll get there too, so it’s not like we really have to pick.
“But he definitely is very lucky to have a little girl. And this girl is going to be so completely lucky to have John as her papa – it’s crazy!”
