The much anticipated AKA and Bonang’s Top Billing interview got the whole country glued to their screens on Thursday evening.
Even though this is not the first time Bonang interviewed the rapper, Bonang once interviewed AKA on SABC 1’s Live AMP but their romance was not yet made so public.
Bonang who ensured to keep he interview as professional as possible couldn’t help the glow in her eyes, making it really hard to hide the chemistry between the two.
Love is a beautiful thing though.
Aka during the interview opened up about been Kanye West biggest fan, his legacy and definitely his ‘Woman’.
Talking about his love for Kanye’s style, AKA quoted part of his speech when he won his first Grammy award.”Everybody wants to know what I’m going to do if I don’t win, I guess we’ll never know.”
AKA wants people to listen to his music and understand that he made people happy through his music. He wants to make people dance and think about themselves. He wants to uplift the African/South African mindset and empower people.
While the highlight of the night was when Bonang asked his man what he enjoys doing during his spare time.
“I love spending time with my girlfriend indoors…”
