This past weekend saw Johannesburg’s most stylish guests set foot at the Mall of Africa for the 5th instalment of the annual Grand White Dinner series.

SA’s top style icon, Enhle Mbali Maphumulo and fashion elite Kenny Jules Morifi-Winslow joined the 1000 daytime chic fashionistas dressed in the traditional, timeless “all-white” attire.

“I couldn’t have been more excited when Skip invited me to attend the Grand White Dinner, I’m a lover of an all-white ensemble. White is simple, yet chic at the same time, a symbol of all round cleanliness, a colour for all seasons. The cherry on top; thanks to Skip’s Perfect Whites new liquid, I don’t need to worry about my most loved white items turning yellow!” comments Enhle Mbali Maphumulo.

Rocking an edgy all-white tutu dress, Priscilla Metsi won the ‘Best Dressed Female’ of the day and Donald Yika won the ‘Best Dressed Male’, with his modern, all-white 2-piece suit. Both winners were awarded a year supply of our SKIP Perfect Care range, a Siemens washing machine and a Zando voucher to the value of R2 000.

“We’ve partnered with the Grand White Dinner as we believe that our creative visions are aligned. Nothing is as timeless as a white ensemble, and Skip’s new liquid detergent for white clothing is specially formulated to enhance whiteness and provide the best care for white clothing so you can keep wowing the crowd in white, year after year.” comments Caroline Blumrick, Brand Manager for Skip.

Pretoria and Durban have been added to the 2018 Grand White Dinner events calendar, as well as international cities Lagos, New York and Los Angeles.
