Television Presenter and Producer, Janez Vermeiren and film director Peri vP have launched a new online platform that connects content creators with organisations and brands looking for innovative ways to reach their target audience through film and video content.
The online portal – Fylmer.tv – aims to improve the current barriers to entry many creatives face when accessing client’s briefs. The app connects filmmakers, producers, animators, editors, and content creators to brands and clients. These brands, clients or their agencies can quite simply upload a brief to the platform and have a whole community pitch on those briefs to win commissions on digital video content, animation, TVCs, etc.
“The intention behind the platform is democratise the filmmaking and video content industry, so that brands and agencies can connect directly with an entire community of creators, and creators get a chance to pitch on live briefs and win commissions from clients”” says Janez.
Janez and Peri have spent years discussing the challenges faced in the creative content creation space and began building the platform early last year with the aim to create an alternative to the traditional model that would assist the industry and change the current narrative.

That is exactly what the platform offers – a resource to create affordable high quality local video content, efficiently.” says Peri

The app is built for remote working; all uploads, approvals, contracts, music licensing and usage rights, right through to final material delivery, can be managed on the platform.
