Eastgate shopping centre welcomes HiFi Corp, PEP, PEP Home
as well as the biggest Game Liquor in the country,
creating a new value focussed section in mall
Johannesburg, 30 June 2022: The Eastgate shopping centre in Johannesburg has long been loved for its diverse array of over 200 stores and its ability to adapt to the dynamic retail marketplace. Now, a new value focussed hub is being created near lower level entrance three, in order to cater to changing shopper needs.
The formation of this section started in 2021 with the opening of a 3000sqm large Value Co in August, introducing a new layer of value-driven retail to the centre. From the end of June 2022, four new tenants will occupy a further 4 631m2 in this area, ensuring that Eastgate is well placed to continue to play a meaningful role in the lives of its clientele.
Following the recent opening of HiFi Corp, the centre is proud to welcome PEP and PEP Home with the exciting relocation of Game Liquor into a portion of the current Game store, providing shoppers with even more variety.
Popular HiFi Corp is well known for being at the forefront of electronics, homeware and appliances in South Africa with the widest selection at excellent prices. The new store will create a compelling destination for Eastgate shoppers to access their sought-after offering.
