But it was a very different Lady Gaga who enjoyed a night off from her ArtPop tour just 24 hours later.
The 28-year-old sported little make-up and showed off her natural dark brown hair as she lazed in bed in an Instagram snap.
The only nod to her eccentric style was a bejewelled headband and a brightly coloured top, as she captioned the photograph ‘Gypsy life.’
The singer also unwound with a glass of white wine while reclining on some grey satin pillows.
Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta had performed at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday sporting her usual array of dazzling stage wear.
Oversized curly wigs, plunging sequinned bra top and leotards and gold fluffy angel-style wings were all part of the show.
‘I’m having so much fun crusading ARTPOP around the US,’ she tweeted on Sunday. ‘The energy is more diehard than ever.

More recently, the singer has been displaying a somewhat curvier figure, which she has joked is the result of indulgent eating habits.
In March, Gaga told Jimmy Kimmel, ‘I really fat right now because I have been eating barbecue.’
Comfortable with her changing frame, she added: ‘I love my fans because they always let me be myself and they don’t care what anybody says.
