“I love music and it’s my greatest passion. Having produced hit songs such as ‘Isibani’ by DJ Hlo and ‘Senzeni’ by Mthandazo Gatya in recent years, I thought of doing something of my own that people would enjoy. The 10-track album is a fusion of House Music, Mid Tempo and influence of Amapiano elements – it’s my gift to my fans” says DJ Manzo SA.

2021 proved to be a milestone year for DJ Manzo SA as he earned a nomination in the prestigious South African Music Awards (SAMA) for Best Collaboration. Additionally, his collaboration with DJ Hlo yielded the coveted “Song of the Year” award, marking a pinnacle in his illustrious career.
Looking ahead to 2024, DJ Manzo SA is set to make waves with the official launch of his own record label, MUZIK UNBOXED. This venture is poised to redefine the music landscape, with DJ Manzo SA dropping his highly anticipated first project under the label later this year.
“In 2024 besides the album dropping, I have another project I’m completing with NEKTUNE from Ghana who works closely with AKON. The project will be released this year as well and will have 20 tracks. I really hope that this collaboration will help me break into the market overseas.”
