The team of chefs has created a scrumptious festive buffet menu which is
sure to satisfy all tastes. The menu kicks off with curried butternut soup infused with coriander and
homemade bread.
The starter selection includes rocket tomato and cucumber salad, baby
spinach, red onion, exotic tomato, avocado, bacon, and chopped egg; curried baby potato salad with mascarpone and tarragon; teriyaki chicken breast, rare roast beef slice, homemade pickled fish and cheese board.
The hot main selection features beef oxtail served with dumplings, grilled Cajun prawn skewers, onion marmalade roast turkey served with homemade stuffing, cranberry sauce, and brussel sprout cabbage, roast topside served with apple sauce and crackling, Durban lamb curry served with poppadum and roti, butternut and sweet potato topped with feta cheese; creamy spinach, mushroom, and deep-fried halloumi cheese with penne pasta, slow-cooked Italian chicken casserole cooked in white wine with olives and peppadews; Asian grilled vegetables and wild rice.
