Engineered from the ground up to be highly responsive to the fast and dynamic movements required of High-Intensity Interval Training, the footwear offers a best-for-class construction for those looking to take their HIIT workouts to the next level.
Following insight that 82 million gym goers are wearing incorrect shoes during training1, the shoe is the next step in adidas’ commitment to help athletes feel and realize their strength – providing them with the performance footwear they need to meet their specific training goals.
Designed for full 360° agility and stability, the model features technology and design developments that flex to the varied requirements of any HIIT workout:
- LIGHTSTRIKE AND LIGHTSTRIKE PRO MIDSOLE: The lightweight midsole provides cushioning and responsiveness during jumps and dynamic movements
- DYNAMIC TORSION SYSTEM: The engineered system is designed to stabilise the foot through multi-directional movements – supporting every turn, twist and leap that HIIT workouts demand of athletes
