Afro bridal look

Must read

So Adorners… Gone are those days where your wedding look has to be conventional and bland, brides are now looking for fresh, not seen or done before looks, that yet maintain a level of glam and an aura of bedazzle and class about them.

We turned things upside down and started thinking outside the box to depict style elegance and sophistication, for our styled bridal look and thought beyond for our inspired photoshoot location as well.

Sun Kissed Kutlwano Nkosi was adorned in an elegant white mermaid wedding gown, that brought out her figure and curves. Our model also brought bold back into classy with gold accessories and an Afro hairstyle that we left untied, to show that elegance can be attained with the hairstyle.

Afro hairstyles do not need to be tied back anymore, we know that every woman wants to look as natural as possible on their wedding day, without looking plain and our model gracefully depicted how possible it is to look poised and posh in an untied afro for the big day.

We also found a location that in not overdone and is for the adventurous bride who wants  a few perfect shots with a backdrop of rich architecture and history.

This old standard bank building designed by Architects Stucke & Bannister, found in Marshalltown in the city of Johannesburg was our photographers favourite new found photoshoot location. Jhb CBD is slowly regaining its stature of being an urban hip metropolis with the likes of Maboneng and Newtown infusing JHB with bursts of energy and fresh vibes. The location is definitely worth a visit and will not cost you a cent, don’t say we never look out for your pocket.

Till our next styled shoot Adorners, it’s bye for now!!!
