Rapper AKA has promised to be part of a fan’s pad campaign to help impoverish school girls.
The rapper showed a keen interest in a campaign started by one of his followers, to buy sanitary pads for impoverished school girls who misses school during their menstrual cycle.
AKA touch by the fact that school girls gets to miss classes because they can’t afford to buy pad during their monthly menstrual circle, discussed the challenges with his Queen B and pledged to support the campaign in any way he can.
Impoverished girls missing school during their menstrual cycle as a result of not being able to afford sanitary pads was cast into the spotlight, by the death of racing car driver Gugu Zulu, who died while on a Trek4Mandela expedition to raise funds for sanitary pads.
