M-Net appoints independent investigator into Big Brother Mzansi incident and might take Adams to court.
According to IOL news, producers of the show as well as the victim might be taking Adams to court.
Adams allegedly raped Bexx on Saturday night after enjoying a night of partying and drinking. According to reports, Adams was heard bragging, saying that he had “dipped” her, but the brag turned sombre when Bexx revealed that she could not remember consenting to the sexual act. Since the incident both housemates were taken out of the house on Monday for their own well-being.
Not only that but M-Net has also revealed that they’ve hired an independent investigator to get to the bottom of the possible sexual misconduct involving the two contestants.
Endemol Shine Africa, the production company responsible for Big Brother, has offered their full co-orporation with the investigation.
“M-Net takes these matters seriously, and the wellbeing of contestants is of the utmost importance.. It is necessary for M-Net to understand what transpired and we will take necessary action, if required, once the investigation is concluded “– Said
M-Net is currently going through all of the footage that occurred on the night. Big Brother’s “all-seeing” eye was questioned by many viewers on social media, questioning how such an incident could not be spotted by Big Brother.
