Kris Jenner has reportedly been left angry and shocked after a magazine decided to seemingly use Photoshop and airbrushing techniques to depict her ex-husband Bruce Jenner as a woman.
The front cover of InTouch magazine shows Bruce having had make-up and a feminine scarf, and boasts the headline “My Life As A Woman.”
59-year-old Kris is NOT amused with latest in-your-face, seemingly blatant use of all the tools available in Photoshop, and has allegedly told friends that she’s ‘outraged.’
According to TMZ, she has said: “It’s just mean to do whether or not it’s true.”
Even though speculation regarding whether or not he’ll change sex continues to rear its ugly head, it’s not really fair to start adding make-up to someone’s face to try and prove a point.
A source also told the site: “She has contempt for the magazine jumping to conclusions and then altering the image to fit its story.”
On the cover, Bruce, 65, is shown to be wearing bright orange lipstick, orange blusher and a feminine patterned scarf.
Interestingly, it’s also been discovered by Buzzfeed that it wasn’t just Photoshop used for this ‘shameful’ photo. In fact, it looks like they just transposed his face onto an image of Stephanie Beacham.
No, really. Looking at the two pictures side by side, it becomes pretty obvious that they’ve used Stephanie’s image as more than just inspiration, as both pictures show the same scarf, the same red top and some of the same ACTUAL HAIR.
Along with the big headline, the cover also reads: “Kris panics over his big announcement; What he told the Kardashians,” as well as reporting inside the magazine that he’ll be coming out as a “transwoman” on the cover of an LGBT magazine
Despite the fact that he’s continually insisted that he won’t be changing his sex.
Luckily, his close friends have also told the website that Bruce “doesn’t even pay attention to this stuff,” which perhaps means that he hasn’t even seen this latest cover yet.
Kris has tried to put a stop to all the sex change speculation in the past, previously telling Entertainment Tonight: “Ninety-nine percent of the stuff in the tabloids is made up. I think when he gets his nails buffed they put clear nail polish on him.”
“The bottom line is, we [the Kardashians] sell magazines.”
