September 2020 –React24 is thrilled to announce co-founder and CEO – Celeste Margo Le Roux has been selected as a finalist in three categories for the prestigious Standard Bank Top Women Awards: Top Woman Entrepreneur, Top Woman in Property and Fast Growth Owned SMME.

“We believe that now more than ever, it is crucial to recognise the companies and individuals such as Celeste Le Roux who are making impactful change for gender empowerment in South Africa,” explains Topco Media, Head of Marketing, Karla Fletcher.

The Standard Bank Top Women Awards honours those whose unfailing vision and innovative leadership have positively impacted women in South Africa. In response to the unprecedented global pandemic, the awards have moved to become completely virtual.

“The pivot to a virtual format means that we have the opportunity to increase our footprint across the country like never before. We aim to reach 10,000 businesswomen and entrepreneurs during the virtual conference and awards,” Fletcher adds.

The virtual event will salute those accelerating transformation and creating awareness around women empowerment, while also facilitating discussions and workshops around furthering gender empowerment in the country.

“I am an ambassador for transformation and changing the narrative within the South African Building, Environment and Construction Industry. We champion real, genuine, and sustainable life-changing results in whatever we do,” says Le Roux.

The Standard Bank Top Women Award winners will be announced on the evening of 2 October 2020 at the virtual award ceremony. Finalists and winners will have the opportunity to virtually network and engage during the conference taking place over 1 – 2 October 2020.
