Chris Brown surprised one-time rival Drake as he stood over him wielding surgical tools during a skit on Wednesday during the ESPY Awards.
The 25-year-old singer made a cameo during the comedy routine that featured Drake, 27, and 25-year-old Los Angeles Clippers star power forward Blake Griffin.
Drake hosted the awards ceremony in Los Angeles that was presented by cable sports network ESPN to honor the best in individual and team athletic achievement.
The Drake Vs Blake skit opened with the Canadian singer and NBA star arguing over whether a movie they co-starred in should be titled Drake And Blake or Blake and Drake.
Both decide that something will happen to make the other change their mind.
Blake was then seen arriving at a car commercial but instead was forced to hold hands in a bathtub with an elderly woman as Drake directed the video.
Drake in the next scene was on an operating table about to undergo surgery to remove his appendix only to find Blake in a hospital scrubs.
‘Oh my God, you’re the surgeon?’ Drake asked Blake as his anesthesia started to kick in.
‘Oh, I’m not the surgeon, he is,’ Blake responded as the camera cut to Chris in scrubs wielding surgical tools.
‘YOLO, motherf*****,’ Chris said as he turned menacingly toward Drake who tried to leave the operating table.
‘Breezy!’ exclaimed Blake while holding Drake down as he and Chris stared down at him.
Meanwhile Drake has had to pay $100,000 for lyrics he ‘borrowed’ from another artist.
The Take Care hitmaker was forced to fork out the huge sum after he copied lines from Rappin’ 4-Tay’s track Playaz Club for his collaboration with YG on Who Do You Love.
4-Tay was offended that the 27-year-old rapper had ripped off his lyrics and not credited him on the track and is believed to have approached the star’s management to come to an agreement over the plagiarism, reports TMZ.
According to 4-Tay’s manager the matter was soon solved after Drake’s label agreed to pay the ‘Problems’ singer $100,000 for ‘borrowing’ the lyrics and avoided a lawsuit being filed against them.

Earlier this month Drake and Chris were pictured in a recording studio together after a lengthy feud that included a highly publicised brawl in a New York City nightclub in 2012.
The two singers both dated Rihanna and a rivalry over her is believed to have sparked their feud and the nightclub brawl.
The incident occurred at club W.i.P on June 14 2012. It is believed Brown sent a bottle of champagne to Drake’s table as a peace offering but it was returned with a note reading, ‘I’m f****** the love of your life, deal with it’, referring to Rihanna.
The gesture is then thought to have angered Brown and resulted in him confronting Drake, who allegedly threw a punch at his rival, leading to a brawl breaking out.
Rihanna was the victim of a domestic violence assault by Brown in 2008 and he remains on probation for the attack. The two dated off and on from 2008 to 2013.
RiRi and Drake have also had a roller-coaster ride of a relationship dating back to 2009, but it was reported in mid-May that they had separated once again.
