CMC Networks Achieves B-BBEE Level 1 for the Fifth Year in a Row

Johannesburg, South Africa, 18 February 2025 – CMC Networks, a global Tier-1 service provider, has secured the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Level 1 status in South Africa for the fifth year running. This achievement demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering inclusive business opportunities, enhancing customer experiences and promoting a fair economy.

The Level 1 B-BBEE status provides several benefits for CMC Networks’ stakeholders in South Africa, including a procurement recognition of 135%. This enables CMC Networks’ customers to claim 135% of their spend toward their own B-BBEE score and improve their compliance. It also provides key competitive advantages in terms of brand reputation, recognition and growth potential.
