We love this time of the year for one thing only and its the gorgeous combos of long coats, classic fur and warmly woven hoodies and scarves one gets to wear.
You can look totally glammed up in winter garb – contrary to popular belief ! and our model Mitchelle displayed just that, in a basil green coat that matched her pine green woollen top and boyfriend jeans.
She added a bit of contrast to the look with orange suede gold metal heels and the whole look spoke simplicity chic and glam all at once…
We got to chat to this gorgeous model spotting a bold look with a mod shaven head.
This is what she had to share about herself and her modelling career.
Her name is:
My name is Mitchelle NomBuyiselo Msithini and I am from the most vibrant locations called Alexandra.
Earliest childhood memory:
I recall my Mother taking me to an audition for a banana advert. We were in Hyde Park and the audition was to eat the banana and pretend to enjoy it – I hated bananas. Needless to say I didn’t get the role and saw the ad a few weeks later like hmmm….
Why Modelling
I model because I love fashion!! Pure and simply. Outside of that I’m blessed with the ability to take really good pictures *big smile*. It’s hereditary; I find pictures in almost every moment!
Do you model full time?
Modelling Full-time is part of the vision but for now, it’s a growing leisure pursuit of sorts.
Other modelling jobs sh has done:
I have predominantly modelled for a photographer friend of mine from his production house, Plan L Productions. And if impromptu shoots count then I’ve done some work for a local accessories brand called the JD Brand
Advice for aspiring models:
Be authentic moment to moment.
What would you say to your younger self in two words?
To you Mitch I would say “Be patient darling.” (I know it’s 3 but she would understand)
