Cosy Moses drops a brand new banger Back Like Umqolo
The super talented upcoming South African rapper Tshepo Kompi, who goes by the stage name Cosy Moses, just released a brand new track titled Back Like Umqolo.
Known for his inimitable approach and fascinating lyricism, Cosy Moses dropped a 12 track hip hop project titled Blvck & Wh!Te back in 2021 that made him a force to be reckoned with in the rap community.
In 2024 he is set on a mission to let the whole world know that he has something to say and he is ready for global dominance.
Expressing his passion for the release, this is what Cosy Moses had to say;
“We just feel like we needed to be back with a bang and this song clearly explains that we really Back Like Umqolo and we going to have a blast and a very big year too. So it’s for everybody who feels like they got their motion back”.
As a miscellaneous performer with poetic brilliance and a smooth effortless tone, this young star is definitely destined for greatness.
His name is actually quite interesting as Cosy in Cosy Moses is basically a feeling as he explains it because his music should make a listener feel “Cosy“.
“My words are there to hug you and give you comfort. The Moses is a long story but let me make my thing brief, Moses always made a way for his people so I’m just here to free My People in every way” He adds.
He uses his soothing melodic voice and variety of beats to produce fresh sounds. He was inspired by the likes of Young Thug, Drake and the late AKA.
He plans on releasing the official music video for Back Like Mqolo very soon with his team Moonscape Ent.
