George Clooney went over the top as he paid a moving homage to his new wife Amal.
George Clooney couldn’t help but to gush about his pretty human right lawyer wife at the Golden Globe while collecting his Lifetime Achievement Award on sunday.
The 53-year-old actor, who married the human rights lawyer in September, saved his biggest thanks for her as he told her: ‘It’s a humbling thing when you find someone you love.’
He added: ‘Amal, whatever alchemy it is that brought us together I couldn’t be more proud to be called your husband.’
Clooney, who was collecting the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award, also joked about the recent Sony hacking.
‘As everyone’s been hacked, it’s always a great time to meet up and apologise for all the things we’ve said,’
