Daniel Craig suffered a bump to the forehead on the set of ‘Spectre’.

The ‘Skyfall’ actor, who plays James Bond in the spy films, suffered yet another injury while filming scenes for the upcoming latest instalment in the franchise when his character’s Aston Martin hit a pothole in Rome, Italy.

A source revealed: “Everyone held their breath because it was a bit of a bump but he was given the all clear by the medical team.”

The 46-year-old hunk was shooting a night-time scene with new villain Dave Bautista, also 46, when the vehicle dipped into a crack in the road causing him to hit his head.

The incident came just weeks after Craig – who was recently spotted flying into London wearing a flat cap ahead of his 47th birthday next week – injured his leg while filming in Austria while assistant director Terry Madden suffered multiple leg fractures in a car crash just days later.

The source added to The Sun newspaper: “Fingers crossed there won’t be any others.”

Craig is scheduled to return to Rome next week to continue filming.
