This past 2 weekends had us seeing Kopano and Lerato Mangena take our breath away, as they celebrated their wedding in family packed and friend filled festivities.
There was ululating and heartfelt jubilation that comes only when 2 souls are joined as one.
Besides the celebration of an amazing African union, the bride dropped all jaws in her awe inspiring Antherline gowns. The fuschia pink couture ball gown was majestic and accentuated the dazzling brides figure and brought the whole occasion to a new level of prestige.
The second look Lerato wore was a multiple blue and white mermaid gown – also from the skillful work of Antherline couture, she finished off her garb with a head wrap that oozed royalty and we must say our bride owned that crown on her big day!!
The bridal party matched the bride’s gowns with dresses made from African seshweshwe material – a Sotho fabric that has evolved with an added vivacity, in fashion circles in the past decade.
Mrs Mangena was a true Sotho jewel on her wedding day and coupled with her charm she dazzled many – including us.
