Fitness enthusiasts are invited to power through an exhilarating CG Fit Club session on Saturday, 22 February, from 10:00 to 12:00 at Capegate’s Undercover Parking Entrance 6. For just R50 per ticket, participants will enjoy an energising two-part workout featuring a high-intensity Kick Class followed by a rejuvenating Pilates session.
The event, hosted in collaboration with Virgin Active and Kauai, promises to be an unforgettable fitness experience filled with motivating beats, exciting giveaways, and post-workout refreshments.
