The 69-year-old took a slight tumble on the stairs as she made her way into the premiere of her upcoming film Woman in Gold.
She appeared to trip over the skirt of her glamorous green gown and reached out to steady herself.
But the acting legend managed to maintain her composure and recovered perfectly from her fall.
