This holiday season, you don’t have to put out any milk and cookies for Santa! Simply pop into one of the venues below with your little ones in tow and come and meet “the man himself”……

This year, uShaka has not just one, but two Santas. For starters, there’s uShaka’s very own Sexy Santa and his cute little helpers, Miss Tinsel and Miss Mistletoe, who will be adding their own bit of summer heat. From 14th – 24th  December, 12h30 to 17h30 daily, you can snatch a glimpse of these “hotties” in the Village Walk! Then, snap a selfie with Santa using #christmas@ushaka, post and share on your platforms and stand in line to win some fantastic prizes.

For the little ones, we have our traditional Santa together with his helper, Snowflake. He’ll be meeting and greeting “the short folk” between 11h00 and 12h30 in the Village Walk area and will make appearances in the Park until 16h00.

From the 20th until the 22nd December, head to Springfield Retail Shopping Centre, where you can catch their Santa who will be talking Christmas lists and taking pics with the little ones between 10h00 and 14h00. On December 20th he’ll be situated outside Tile Africa, 21st December outside Toyzone and on the 22nd find him at Yiroll Caffe Bake. You get one free pic, but should you wish to have more pictures, there will be a nominal fee of R20.

At Park Boulevard Shopping Centre, the Christmas set up will include props and a photo booth and will be taking place on Saturday, December 14th between 10h00 and 15h00. So head on down there to get your instant free print!

Lastly, for those of you who wish to see Father Christmas arrive in style, riding on the back of a shiny Harley Davidson, then make your way to Granada Square on Thursday, December 19th from 6pm for the annual Carols under the Stars charity evening, organised by Umhlanga Tourism. The evening has a strong charity focus, and even though it is free entry to watch and enjoy, please bring along and donate an unwrapped gift, to the value of R100, for either a boy or girl. They will then be gifted to under-privileged children, co-ordinated by uMhlanga Rotary.

No matter where you go, there will always be a Santa to greet you with a warm smile or a friendly wave and sharing the joy and spirit of the holiday season.
