THOUSANDS TUNE IN FOR THE ANNUAL KAYA 959 SOUL INSPIRED CONCERT
More than 100 000 Kaya 959 listeners tuned in to watch the annual Soul Inspired Concert this month. Produced by Kaya 959 and supported by SPAR, this popular concert staged in December showcased SA’s biggest Gospel and Soul stars, cementing its status as an annual highlight for Gauteng music fans.
This year the free virtual event starred Crown Gospel Award-winning musicians Sbu Noah, Ayanda Ntanzi, Hle and Thinah Zungu.

“The Soul Inspired concert is one of the most popular events for our listeners” says Kaya 959 Station Director Sibongile Mtyali. “This year Kaya 959, SPAR and our listeners donated more than R50 000 to the Leratong Joy for One Foundation. The orphanage, situated in the township of Alexandra, Johannesburg, will benefit as the monies will be used to provide the children with better learning opportunities, a healthy, clean and safe environment and so much more.”
