Must read

Today, multi-talented singer, songwriter Jamie Fine, releases her sophomore EP if this is it… Republic Records/Universal Music Canada. The record includes the PLATINUM single “If Anything’s Left,” and brand new tracks including “Give Me One More Night” LISTEN TO “if this is it…” HERE As the project’s title suggests, this EP is a collection of songs that Jamie would want her fans to hear ‘if this is it.’ “Well, if there were one last project I could ever put out as an artist… this would be it. It has every type of song I love to write, from pop punk to ballads.” says Jamie.   The EP’s release follows the singles “you’re like” an anthemic summer jam, “bulletproof,” an emotional ballad about family relationships and the smash single “If Anything’s Left.” All featured on the EP, these singles represent the wide range of sounds, styles, and emotions that shine on if this is it…  “I’ve always defined myself as non-linear; neither is this project. It touches on heart break, on love, on family and so much more. It shares lessons I’ve learned while also admitting to still growing,” says Jamie. “For me, it feels like a project that grew with me. If anyone were to ever ask me again how I define my music, I’d tell them to listen to if this is it….” About Jamie Fine: Jamie Fine’s music might be the only thing that’s as lively as her personality. A proud open book, the Ottawa-born singer, songwriter, and artist is smart, talented, hilarious, and most of all honest. She’s the kind of dynamic presence who inspires the rest of us to be a little bit louder, a tad more fearless, and just better all around. As a kid, Jamie gravitated towards music. It provided solace from bullying and moments when her family just didn’t understand. In addition to listening to Black Eyed Peas, and Nickelback, she loved hip-hop, spinning old school J. Cole on repeat in between performing at multicultural shows in high school. She opted to attend culinary school instead of university and launched her own catering business upon graduating.  Following a creative awakening, she chose to quit the business and pursue music full-time in 2017. She reached platinum heights in the duo Elijah Woods x Jamie Fine, scoring a series of smashes in Canada. 2020 saw her step out solo and craft a signature style of her own. She has re-introduced herself on a series of singles and her debut EP for Universal Music Canada, eight gardengate
