Jennifer Lopez has become the latest celebrity to accept the ALS ice bucket challenge, which raises awareness and funds for Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
Showing off her sculpted abs, the 45-year-old singer performed the chilling drill in a plunging black sports bra and low-rise cropped black leggings with a grey waistband.
Athletic chic, the mother-of-two was also clad in yellow trainers, as her highlighted hair was styled in a messy updo and aviator shades covered her make-up free face.
And the I Luh Ya Papi hitmaker seemed to pick the perfect time to perform the challenge, using it as a means of cooling down following her rigorous workout.

The Selena actress was challenged by soccer star Cristano Ronaldo and fitness guru Tracy Anderson.
In return, Jennifer nominated her ‘booty partners’ Pitbull and Iggy Azalea – who was quick to accept and also posted a video on Sunday – and her BFF, actress Leah Remini.
The clip shows Tracy and another female friend drenching the star, as she struggles not to scream.
Her twins are also in the background, adorably holding onto small red buckets, trying to get in on the action.

The ALS ice bucket challenge has been taking social media by storm, with other participatign celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, Justin Timberlake, and Bill Gates.
As of Sunday, the ALS Association has received $13.3 million in donations compared to $1.7 million during the same time period last year (July 29 to August 17), according to the charity’s website.
