Watch out Justin Bieber – the long arm of the law might be holding groceries next to you in the elevator.

Police have talked to folks at Bieber’s ritzy new Beverly Hills building about the possibility of placing him under citizen’s arrest if they see any illegal activity, the Daily News confirmed Tuesday.

Justin Bieber could face citizen’s arrest if illegal activity takes place at new penthouse

Cops discussed the option after being called to his posh penthouse a half dozen times Saturday night into Sunday morning for noise complaints related to a rooftop party, a police source said.

“We responded six times this past weekend, as late as 3 a.m. Four were for the party, and two were calls for screaming fans outside,” Sgt. Max Subin with the Beverly Hills Police told The News.

“Our officers went there and advised residents there are three ways to handle any situations of this nature,” he said. “We can give a citation for municipal code violations. There’s the possibility of arrest by us for something done in front of us. And the third way is a private person’s arrest for a misdemeanor not committed in police presence.”

He said Bieber’s parties have become a “weekly event,” so his department is trying to be proactive and make sure the residents of Beverly Hills “feel they’re respected.”

“We feel Mr. Bieber needs to be respectful toward the neighbors. There’s no reason he should be having parties of that nature that get to that level. He’s living in a condominium. We feel he should be more respectful,” Sgt. Subin said.

“Total nonsense,” a source close to Bieber said when asked whether Bieber’s partying is out of control.

Photos of the party’s alleged aftermath obtained by TMZ showed used plastic party cups, empty premium liquor bottles, overturned pillows and other debris littering the plush furniture, floor and hot tub of the communal rooftop deck.

People in his new building reportedly told TMZ that Bieber’s guests filled the hallways and elevators with pot smoke.

Justin Bieber’s neighbors made a noise complaint against his Beverly hills condo. “There were bimbos lining up to do drugs in the lobby bathroom,” one resident allegedly said of the weekend festivities.

Bieber, 20, is now on probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor vandalism two weeks ago.

The Canadian crooner took his no-jail plea deal to settle allegations he egged his former neighbor’s mansion in Calabasas, Calif., last January and caused around $20,000 worth of damage to its pricey plaster and imported wood exterior.

If he’s cited for breaking any laws at his new condo complex, police could alert the Los Angeles County Probation Department and possibly trigger a probation violation.

A violation could bring new consequences such as more community service or even jail.

Bieber was sentenced to two years probation, five days of community service and anger management classes.

The judge also ordered him to pay $80,900 in restitution to neighbors Jeff and Suzie Schwartz.

“He should take care of the stuff that he messes up. It shouldn’t matter that he’s a celebrity. He can’t drive the way he does, say the things he does and destroy other people’s property and get away with it,” Suzie Schwartz previously told The News.
