And the 19-year-old singer isn’t ready to calm down, spending Wednesday night partying in Atlanta with a crew of rappers including Diddy, T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Wale, Rick Ross, Lil Scrappy and Trinidad James along with his new ‘bad girl’ lover Chantel Jeffries while surrounded by a cloud of suspicious looking smoke.
Justin tried his best to look like a hard man, going shirtless to show off his vast tattoo collection and heavy gold chains as he surrounded himself with the posse at the CIROC vodka party at Vanquish nightclub.
He also left his sunglasses on inside along with a backwards baseball cap.
What’s in the bottle? While Justin carried an AQUAhydrate bottle, it didn’t look like it was filled with the hangover busting water
It was claimed Justin – who had marijuana and Xanax in his system when he was arrested in Miami for allegedly drag racing last month – was drinking water all night but while he carried an AQUAhydrate bottle, it did not appear to contain water.
Ironically AQUAhydrate is a water brand promoted by Diddy and Mark Wahlberg which promises to cure hangovers.
Wahlberg said last year, ‘AQUAhydrate allows you to drink Cîroc vodka all night. This is a miracle cure for a hangover. I told him you’ll wake up fresh as a daisy the next day and that’s how I got him on board.’
Bieber’s night out came just after he was accused of abusing a flight attendant on a private jet until she was forced to hide in the cockpit.

The troubled teen singer and his entourage were also said to have smoked so much marijuana on a flight between Canada and New Jersey that the pilots were forced to wear oxygen masks.
Bieber his father Jeremy, 38, and ten friends travelled on the leased jet to Teterboro airport ahead of the Super Bowl on Sunday and were allegedly so verbally abusive towards the female flight attendant that she refuses to work for him again.
Despite several warnings, the singer and his father Jeremy would not stop verbally abusing the flight attendant, and she eventually hid in cockpit with the pilots to avoid Bieber and his entourage.
