Justin Bieber has reportedly been hit with yet another lawsuit from a photographer who claims that the singer’s bodyguard attacked him in a Miami restaurant earlier this year.

Photographer Manuel Munoz allegedly claims that he was taking photos of Justin, 20, as the young singer was leaving SET nightclub in Miami Beach in January, the same night that he was arrested for a DUI.

According to TMZ, the legal documents state that Justin’s bodyguard was furious that Munoz was taking photos of the ‘All That Matters’ singer and chased him into a nearby Subway.

The bodyguard is accused of locking the restaurant door, cornering Munoz into a bathroom and demanding that he delete the photos, before allegedly trying to remove the memory card himself Munoz is said to have been kicked and punched by the bodyguard and his camera was reportedly damaged in the process.

However, in the police report, the website claims Munoz did not state that he was violently attacked but that he was tripped up causing him to suffer a “small scratch in his left knee.”

The police document reportedly says the pair haggled in the toilet while Munoz offered to sell Justin the photos for $10,000 but the bodyguard would only agree to $5,000.

Justin’s attorney, Howard Weitzman, has already slammed the lawsuit, telling TMZ: “This new lawsuit filed by a paparazzo is yet another shakedown for money. The paparazzo admits that Justin was not present at the alleged ‘assault.’ The paparazzo told the police he had only scratched his knee when he was allegedly tripped, but now claims he was beat up. There are no damages.”

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Justin was being investigated by the LAPD for allegedly attempting to steal a woman’s mobile phone at a golf course last week.
