The 36 years old former glamour Katie Price claimed she received direct message from Oscar Pistorius during his trial in court thanking her for her support.
Katie Price reveals that Oscar Pistorius sent her direct messages on Twitter during his trial over the shooting of his girlfriend.
Speaking exclusively to 3am, Katie Price said: ‘He was direct messaging me during the case. It’s weird, isn’t it? He was saying, ‘Thanks for the support,’ and stuff. Just all general chit-chat.
‘Because I mentioned him in my column, he was referencing to that. I wasn’t exactly supporting him, but everyone who goes through a trial will be the only one who knows what really happened.’
Katie, whose attention was first drawn to the messages by her brother, said she would love to interview the Paralympian, who was sentenced to five years in jail last week.
The reality star took to her Now column in March to say that “No matter who you are or where you’re from or what you do, we are all equal when it comes to judicial undertakings and no prejudice or external factors should complicate the process. I’m certainly not going to judge Oscar on other people’s theories portrayed in the media.”
Probably Oscar felt supported by Katie because she tried judging him via the legal standard not general opinion of him.
