Kelly Khumalo alleged attacked her fiancé because of his refusal to leave his wife for her.
The singer reportedly attacked her KZN herbalist “fiance” Zamokuhle “Bhaka” Nzama on Saturday in the hotel room, where she was staying ahead of the 2015 Metro FM Music Awards. Which almost left him blind because she poked his eyes with her nails.
Bhaka confirmed the incident, adding: “Yes Kelly poked my eye using her nail. I have seen a doctor and although at the moment I cannot open my eye I am at currently at home recovering.”
Bhaka told Drum magazine that Kelly had told him to leave his partner, Jabu, to be with her. “And I said no. I told her I will never leave Jabu even if Iam not legally married to her. I left her hotel room when I saw that she wanted to fight.”
He told the magazine that he went back to the hotel room because he wanted to give her the car keys so that she could use it to go to the awards. That’s when she allegedly hit him.
