BASIL
Basil is an aromatic herb in the mint family, easy to cook with and beneficial for your health as well.

Basil also provides vitamin A, which contains beta-carotenes, powerful antioxidants that protect the cells lining a number of numerous body structures, including the blood vessels, from free radical damage. This helps prevent cholesterol in blood from oxidizing, helping to prevent atherosclerosis, heart attacks, and stroke.
POMEGRANATE
Growing up this was one fruit that never made sense to my taste buds, however I have grown to enjoy pomegranate as a super food. I should however say that I still find this as one of the hardest fruit to be free with in the kitchen, BUT and it’s a big fat BUT. This is healthy and here’s why.
