Kylie Jenner, the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star has been having injections to plump her pout since she was 16 years old but, since falling pregnant with her little girl Stormi, now seven months, last year, she’s decided to embrace her natural features.
And, although she’s been the busiest she’s “ever been” recently, she editing a YouTube video on how and why she got her lips done at such a young age.
She tweeted: “The vlog is just a whole mess & I’ve been the busiest I’ve everrrr been. I’m editing myself. It’s about my whole lip filler journey. I hope it comes out soon. (sic)”
It’s believed Kylie decided to embrace her natural look because she didn’t want her daughter Stormi to grow up thinking she has to alter her appearance.
A source said recently: “She’s more conscious of herself now more than ever.
During Kylie’s pregnancy, she wasn’t getting her usual fillers or putting on much makeup.
Kylie really fell in love with the natural look, and wanted more of that, so she decided to stop putting filler in her lips.
“Despite the fact that Kylie is a master of branding and has made an almost billion-dollar business off her lips and cosmetics, once Stormi was born, Kylie realised she was a mother first, and that is a big reason she has been sporting the more natural look.
Kylie is a master of branding, and she plays with the concept of mother — the more natural look — and her Kylie Cosmetics look, full glam.”
Kylie admitted that she first became insecure about her lips when she was just 15, after a boy she kissed commented on the size of her pout.
The make-up mogul said: “I had really small lips, and it was, like, one of my first kisses, and a guy was like, ‘I didn’t think you’d be a good kisser because you have such small lips’.
It just really affected me. I didn’t feel desirable or pretty.”
