Radio and TV personality Lerato Kganyago has scored herself a new gig as the new SABC1 music show, Live Amp co-host.
Kganyago beat 11 top celebrities to replace Pearl Thusi as Live Amp’s new presenter.
Kganyago declined to comment and referred the matter to SABC spokesman Kaizer Kganyago who confirmed her appointment to the plum job.
“We can confirm she emerged a successful candidate after a search for a suitable person. A search attracted a lot of people but she got the job and we can only wish her well in her endeavour,” said the spokesman.
Kganyago was chosen ahead of top celebrities Lerato Moloi, Refilwe Modiselle, Nonqaba Rwaxa and Thando Thabethe.
