Lindsay Lohan, the Mean Girls actress was left red faced after she took a tumble at a fancy Italian movie event on Monday night.
The 28-year-old actress was walking across the fancy ballroom at the Ischia Film Festival in a sparkling silver dress when she tripped and found herself on all fours.
