Lindsay Lohan has been awarded $150 000 in a legal case.

The Mean Girls actress’ clothing label, 6126, was awarded the huge amount to settle their lawsuit with D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries.

Lindsay had claimed the label – which she struck a deal with in 2009 – had failed to pay her for licensing her 6126 trademark overseas, demanding $1.1m.

The company countersued for $5.5m, claiming Lindsay’s “drug-addled image” and trips to rehab destroyed 6126’s reputation and meant they had trouble offloading stock.

According to TMZ.com, the settlement ends both lawsuits. It also means Lindsay doesn’t have to testify in court about her miscarriage, which stopped her from filming her recent reality show for Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network for two weeks, and which she had also said was one of the reasons she had not responded to D.N.A.M.’s lawsuit.

The 27-year-old star has given very few details about what happened to her, and was visibly upset as she talked about the tragedy for the first time.

Speaking on the final episode of the show, Lindsay, she said: “No one knows this, and we can finish after this, I had a miscarriage for the two weeks that I took off.”

After a long pause, the flame-haired beauty added: “It’s a very long story,” but failed to offer any other details.
