30 matric boys will be rocking Somizi’s suit to matric dance this year!!
Reality TV show star Somizi is giving away 30 of his designer suits to underprivileged teenage boys to wear to their matric dance his bid to help those in need.
To mark Mandela Day, Somizi stated in his own wardrobe to donate 30 designer suits that he’s worn to previous events and as well challenging his friends and colleague to support his movement to put smile on someone’s face, Somizi took to his instagram account to share picture of suits he will be giving out this year. He wrote:
“Mandela day is around the corner. Last year I started a raise a matric dance dress campaign. My aim was to raise 67 dresses. [I] ended up getting 300 dresses for girls around the country. This year [I would] like to grow the campaign by also raising 67 suits for matric boys. I’ll start with myself. I’m giving away 30 of my suits I’ve worn on previous events. I’ll give to boys, size 28 to 32,” he said on his social media accounts.”
“I’m challenging my friends to bring theirs. I’m also challenging everyone to go to their neighboring high schools and donate their dresses and suits. My friends u know where to find me and I know u have suits.”
