The power of song
It’s often said you don’t choose music; it chooses you, and in Matthew Mole’s case, that couldn’t be truer. “I love the way music speaks to people, and being able to play a small part in creating songs that have a positive impact on people is why I love it,” he reveals. With an international tour now afoot, Matthew’s excited to be getting out, front and centre, to share and get his fix of hearing and seeing people sing along to the songs they love, new and venerable.
Inspired
The words that make up the verses and chorus permeating “Goodbye” come from paying attention to the world around him. “Living and experiencing life is the genesis of every track that comes to me,” Matthew declares, “and I’m moved to words by those who encourage me along the way.”
With an eclectic musical palate, Matthew’s perpetual curiosity has seen him and his music evolve and embrace a growing audience keen to connect with music that’s plugged into the creative heart of it all.
Authentically original
As with 2013’s “Take Yours, I’ll Take Mine”, through to the more recent “I’m With You”, all that came before “Goodbye” is a carefully crafted puzzle piece. Each one reveals another facet of Matthew’s gift to create something out of nothing and polish it, leaving fans basking in every one’s infectious glow.
