Designers beamed with pride as plus-sized models cat walked down the runway in their outfits at the just concluded Miss.Curvaceous Lifestyle fashion show which held last night, Saturday, 6 September 2014.
The ambiance of the entire event was glamorous and energetic due to the good turnout of guests smartly dressed. The Empire hotel resounded to electrifying performances by talented musician, Complexity. The audience were also entertained with rib-tickling stand-up comedy.
With the sequel to the event around the corner, Jozi Gist spoke during the show to Sharon Mokgawa, who won the Miss.Curvaceous beauty pageant last year. She revealed how winning the prestigious competition changed her life. “Winning this pageant has been one of my biggest accomplishments. It has given me more confidence and exposed me to top television and radio platforms.” On November 1, 2014 she will be surrendering her crown as a new Miss.Curvaceous S.A. will be chosen.
