Audience erupted into unprecedented booing as Miss Colombia Paulina Vega, 22, was crowned Miss Universe
The 2014 Miss Universe pageant held yesterday Jan. 25 in Miami Florida. 22yr old Miss Columbia, Paulina Vega won the pageant and there was serious outrage not only at the event but also on twitter.
Miss Colombia, Paulina Vega, 22, was controversially crowned the winner of the beauty pageant but instead of the usual cheering, the audience erupted into boos in outrage as favourite-to-win Miss Jamaica Kaci Fennell only made it into fifth place.
Shortly after Miss Fennell, 22, left the stage in the 63rd annual pageant, her name began trending on Twitter along with the hashtag #MissJamaicaShouldHaveWon.
