The People’s Assembly website www.pa.org.za will go online on Thursday coinciding with the state-of-the-nation address at Parliament.
“At the People’s Assembly, you can find out what your public representatives are saying and what questions they are asking in Parliament,” co-ordinator Zaheedah Adams said in a statement.

The People’s Assembly is intended to help build Parliament’s ability, to hear what the public has to say, and to oversee government.

Some of the site’s features are a locator where people can find constituency offices of MPs or MPLs and give feedback. They can find information on their MPs such as comments they made during committee meetings, attendance records, and financial disclosures.[/full]
