Interesting! is time for all South Africans to have a say in the SONA.
The presidency on Sunday called on South Africans to have their say about what should be included in President Jacob Zuma’s state-of-the-nation address (Sona)
“The president invites inputs and suggestions through social media on issues people consider important for their well-being and those of their communities that should be included in the speech,” the presidency said in a statement.
Comments could be submitted on Twitter @PresidencyZa or on the Facebook page for the Presidency of the Republic of South Africa.
Submissions would be accepted from Sunday until next week Friday.
The Presidency declared that preparations were “at an advanced stage” for the speech that will be delivered by Zuma in Parliament on February 12.
“The Sona will outline progress made in the past year, the outstanding work that still needs to be done and the priorities of the 2015/2016 financial year.”
