This revolutionary move, limited to one bottle per guest, applies exclusively to wine and bubbly, and requires guests to order their own plate of food (no shared plates). Designed with both individual diners and larger groups in mind, the policy is also set to attract large bookings for Sec’s elegant function room, where the cost of wine and bubbly often elevates the overall bill which can mean that marking a special occasion becomes prohibitively expensive.
