South African hitmaker and super vocalist, Donald, is ready to usher a new era of music in what has been an illustrious career so far. The multi-award-winning star has just released his new single, Take Me To My Love, an amapiano-infused love ballad that sees him professing his love to the woman of his dreams. He celebrated his single in style last week Friday in Pretoria at Propaganda themed 15 years of Donald Celebration.

Hailing from the North West, the singer, whose real name is Donald Moatshe, has made a name for himself as one of South Africa’s most gifted singers over the years. His critically acclaimed singles have topped charts, scooped numerous nominations and seen him establish himself as a vocal powerhouse in our music industry.

Donald has always used his versatility to his advantage in his career. From RnB to house to afro-pop, the singer with the infamous red mic has shown an ability to shift between genres with effortless ease and he’s done it again on Take Me To My Love

The slow-burning dance song begins with Donald singing to his potential lover about his eagerness to get to know her. The sentiments of the song align with the age-old adage about never needing to change your mind once you’ve found the right person.

Donald’s trademark vocal delivery graces the four-minute-long song which looks to have the makings of a dancefloor and radio anthem during the rest of the month of love and beyond.

Take Me To My Love is Donald’s latest release having also dropped Empini towards the end of 2023 and he will be looking to have an emphatic year in South African music.

You can now stream the new single, Take Me To My Love, on Spotify, Apple Music and your favourite music streaming platforms today.
